To be effective and remain in business, students must understand and follow Wyoming real estate licensing laws. The course covers the topics required by the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for the 7-hour law portion of the Salesperson 1 course. Students will begin the course by learning about the Wyoming Real Estate Licensing Agency and its power to investigate licensee activity and to sanction and discipline licensees. The types of licensees and the requirements to obtain and renew them are described.
