    Andrew entered real estate in 2016; currently, he’s a licensed real estate broker salesperson, working with mostly Jersey Shore clientele. In addition to his experience to residential sales and rentals, he also specializes in guiding clients through the process of buying and selling vacation homes on and near Long Beach Island (including the many waterfront communities in Ocean County). In 2021, he started teaching pre-licensing courses with Colibri Real Estate when he discovered he had a passion for helping others begin their real estate careers.

In her tenure, she’s helped over 300 sellers and buyers have a smooth and seamless real estate experience. Her first-hand experience even earned her stripes for closing over 250 transactions (buyer and sellers) as a solo agent in just under three years.

    Anne Segal is a licensed attorney in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Illinois. She is also a real estate agent in California and Arizona. She is currently a lecturer at the University of Arizona Medical School and teaches various subjects. Anne spends time in Santa Cruz, California, as well as Tucson, Arizona, and has closed more than $9 million in real estate transactions. She is passionate about teaching ethics, laws, and disclosure issues to pre-licensing students.

    Belinda has been an active real estate agent for 30 years, specifically in residential real estate. As a distinguished teacher in real estate education for 24 years — including writing real estate content — she currently teaches livestream classes for Colibri Real Estate. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, Belinda integrates a strong work ethic, mixed with a little humor, into her classrooms. Belinda currently holds a Certified Long Distance Learning Instructor certificate, as well as a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

    BJ has held a broker’s license for 36 years. Currently, he is president of Rosow Education and a broker associate for Rosow Realtors. His family has been involved in real estate for 91 years since his grandmother started her company in 1927. BJ’s real estate teaching career started in 1981. He has written training manuals and curriculum for numerous real estate schools and firms. He was also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to real estate, BJ is a successful entrepreneur, building a $60 million company from the ground up.

    Camie Jelinek is a licensed Missouri real estate broker. With more than 10 years of real estate and property management experience, she joined Colibri Real Estate in 2019. Camie is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI). Camie is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and has shown her REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence by earning the C2X endorsement from NAR. Camie is also involved with Missouri REALTORS ®, Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), and serves as vice president of her local board of REALTORS®.

    A native of Baltimore, CasSandra is currently an instructor for Maryland pre-licensing; she is also a licensed title producer/loan signing agent in Maryland. Her career in real estate began after she ended a career in construction and facilities management for the federal government. She holds real estate licenses in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Well equipped with tactical action, planning and research precision, and a reverent voice to make her clients feel heard, CasSandra is committed to getting keys in clients’ hands. She brings this same passion to the classroom.

    Connie LaBue has worked in the real estate industry for the last 30 years in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama area. She specializes primarily in new construction, property management, and risk management, typically with first-time homebuyers. In 2001, she earned her real estate instructor license. Currently, Connie teaches aspiring agents how to enter the real estate market successfully, and she also helps established agents advance their careers.

    Craig has worked in real estate for 30 years. As a team leader, he has mentored many agents and helped launch their own successful careers. In his tenure, Craig has closed more than 800 transactions. He is a licensed managing broker in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and California; he is also a nationally licensed mortgage loan originator. For 20 years, Craig has been a Chapter S business owner. Currently, he’s a certified instructor in both pre-licensing and continuing education.

    Dave is a second-generation realtor, licensed in 2006. He entered real estate just before the Great Recession’s market crash, and much of what he knows, he learned during the most challenging landscape for any real estate professional. He worked with first-time and highly qualified buyers, and he learned how to sell homes for clients in a buyer’s market with financial challenges. Leveraging what he learned during the recession, he hopes to pass on that knowledge to the next generation of licensed agents.
