If I take the course for one state, will I need to take full course if I move to another state? Georgia to Tennesse

Asked by: BreezieB
You may want to check with the TN Real Estate Commission to see if their regulations have changed. I spoke to a student about a year or two ago and believe they could get their license in one state and then just take the license exam in the other. However, I can’t remember if it would be better for them to start with GA courses, get their GA license and then TN will allow them to just take their license exam or vice versa. The real estate commission for either state will be able to clarify this for them. Here is the contact info for both: TN REC Phone number: (800) 342-4031 http://www.tn.gov/commerce/section/real-estate-commission GREC Phone number: (404) 656-3916 http://www.grec.state.ga.us/
