Rated 5 out of 5 by from This course was easy to navigate and takes the time to help the student correct misunderstandings, even at the assessment level. This, in turn tends to imprint needed information more quickly than just forcing the student to go back and hope they get it right the next time. I would strongly recommend this course to future real estate agents.

Do I have to have a booker/work with a booker in order to get my license?

Asked by: Toni3
You will have to have a broker hold your license and you will work through that broker for a minimum of 2 years. After two years of active licensing, you can take a course and exam to become a broker yourself.
