The 15-Hour Broker Post-License Topics course is the first of two mandatory courses you need to complete prior to your first license renewal. This course gets you up to speed fast on the latest updates to real estate rules, regulations and laws. After completion of this course you will be given a link to sign up for the second course, 15-hour Broker Post-License Applied Real Estate Pratices course, which must be taken via webinar or classroom.

What does the Illinois broker post-license course cover?

The Illinois Post-license Topics course covers 15 of the total 30 hours required for the Illinois Post-License and provides you the tools you need to continue to learn about real estate rules, new regulations and updated laws. You have until your first license renewal date to complete the course. However, we recommend you take it as soon as you are licensed so you are well versed in broker topics.

The course is approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
After registering for this course, you must email or call Student Services at 866-739-7277 and provide your license number. We are required to verify each student's license status with the state prior to granting access to the course. Once your status has been verified, your course will be activated.
