Complete April 30 of even numbered years What does the Illinois broker post-license course cover?The Illinois Post-license Topics course covers 15 of the total 30 hours required for the Illinois Post-License and provides you the tools you need to continue to learn about real estate rules, new regulations and updated laws. You have until your first license renewal date to complete the course. However, we recommend you take it as soon as you are licensed so you are well versed in broker topics.
