Rated 5 out of 5 by from The course was great. Very organized and as long as you apply yourself and study they give you everything you need to pass. Pleased with the money I spent and I purchased the middle package deal at the time with the post course.

Can I take the proctored exam on my IPAD PRO?

Asked by: Sonny
The course platform is compatible with IOS. We recommend taking the final exams on a computer rather than a tablet. We have more connection (internet) issues reported from students on tablets, regardless of operating system.

I'm looking to get my real estate license and I'm wondering how long I have to complete it. If I registered today how long do I have to complete the course? Is it completely at my own pace or would I have to complete it in so many weeks?

I read that you have 6 months to complete the course. If I purchase the Unlimited Learning Package, everything included in this package must be completed in 6 months, or just the certification course and the license test? Thank you

Asked by: cuda
The six months applies to the 60-hour course. You will have additional time to use the exam prep. You won’t touch the post license course until you are licensed. You will have six months from the day you start the post course to complete it.

Do you need to start the course immediately after purchasing it?

Asked by: Lisab68
Students have 6 months to complete each course and most want to get their license right away for a job they have lined up. So it’s best to start it right away. However, we recommend that if you wait to budget your time wisely so you’re not cutting it too close to that six months because after that date, you would have to purchase an extension - incurring extra fees. Plus, with AL, if you don’t complete your course by the 1 year anniversary date of your enrollment, you would have to re-enroll for a fee and start over with your coursework from the beginning. This is an AL state regulation.
