what is the average amount of time it takes people to complete this course?

Each of our California packages has 3 courses. You have 6 months from registration to complete the first course. As soon as you complete the first course, the second course activates. You have 6 months from that date to complete the second course. The third course will activate when you finish the second course. You will have 6 months from that date to complete the third course.

Hello!  I would like to know if there is a way to: - view the syllabus of the 135hr courses (I would like to map out my daily hours study work). - know how much time one should allow themselves to study post the 135hrs and prior to taking the exam.

Each of our courses comes with a course syllabus that includes a timed outline that reflects how much time we expect a student to spend in each chapter, so you can plan out your time. You may need to plan additional review time outside of the chapter time. The time you spend between completing the courses and taking the state exam is usually determined by the wait time to get a seat to take the state exam.

I see Business Law is one of the courses required. If I took Business Law in my undergrad, would this be applicable? Or would I have to retake the course?

Business Law is one of the elective courses you need. You will have to get approval from the California Department of Real Estate for the course to count. Only the DRE can make that decision. https://www.dre.ca.gov/files/pdf/re4.pdf
