Here’s the fastest, easiest way to tranisition to your Illinois Managing Broker's License before the April 2012 deadline. You can take the proficiency exam instead of the transition course and final exam. This Exam Prep will help prepare you for that exam.

IMPORTANT: IDFPR has determined a deadline for the administration of all Illinois Real Estate Proficiency Transition Examinations from Salesperson to Broker and Broker to Managing Broker. All Transition Examinations must be administered on or before March 15, 2012.  Transition Examinations administered after March 15, 2012 will not be scored.

To ensure that you are able to obtain a testing appointment prior to the March 15, 2012 deadline, you will need to find a state approved testing provider and register well in advance of the deadline. A list of authorized Proficiency Exam Administrators may be found on the IDFPR and AMP websites.

Illinois Proctor Policy The State of Illinois requires that the Course Final Exam for this course be Proctored. In order to successfully complete this course, students must take and score a minimum of 75% on a proctored final examination administered in an educational facility by an employee of the educational facility. Complete information on finding a proctor is included in your course materials. We must verify each proctor that is reported. If you do not have a proctor when you test, you will have to take the test again with a proctor present. Generally, public libraries do not charge to proctor exams, while most universities, colleges and learning centers will charge anywhere from $5 - $100. You are responsible for any proctoring fees associated with having your final exam proctored.
