The Texas 90-hour Real Estate SAE 1st Renewal training consists of three 30-hour courses. The courses provide you with everything you need to learn about real estate rules, new regulations and updated laws. You will also learn about listing presentations, sales contracts and the closing process. Note that beyond the 90-hour course, as of January 1, 2016 you also need to complete an additional 8 hours of Legal Update I and Legal Update II, which are available through our sister-school, McKissock.

What does the Texas Post-License SAE Bundle cover?
Our Texas real estate post-license courses are certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission (provider #0727). The 90-hour package is required in order to retain active license status. In addition to the 90 hours of education offered here, you also need to complete an additional 8 hours of Legal Update I and Legal Update II. Those courses can be purchased through our sister school, McKissock Learning.
