Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great course. Easy to follow, information clearly presented. The technology is great. You can move at your own pace. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!
Date published: 2019-10-03
Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was very difficult to find an institution that would proctor me. I tried almost every library and school within an hour drive and only found one willing to do this for me. If I knew it would be so difficult, I would have probably went for a sit in class. Besides this, the class was great. I love the exam prep master because I learn best by practice and that offers a good bit of it. The final exam in my opinion was MUCH harder than the other tests. (although I hear so is the state exam)
Date published: 2019-07-10
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to work through and helpful resources available on instruction.
Date published: 2019-07-03
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great course, the information was well split up into easy to digest bites. My instructor was quick to reply and very helpful when I had a question.

Date published: 2020-08-07
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great course for people who cannot be at an in person class.
Date published: 2020-08-04
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked how they included a book. BUT 100% of this course is reading and I wished they included some video reviews of chapters. Real people using real situations and explaining in an informal way.
Date published: 2020-08-04
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think overall the course is effective at providing the information needed. I believe one definitely needs to buy a hard copy of the books to get the most out of the course.
Date published: 2020-08-03
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was extremely long and had a lot of information that felt repetitive. I feel like I would have done better with more condensed info that would allow me to finish quicker and have everything I learned still in memory.
Date published: 2020-07-11
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Next time I would probably prefer to do my prep class in person or in some kind of classroom environment.
Date published: 2020-07-07
Rated 4 out of 5 by from My only negative comments about the course is that the questions felt more tricky on the final exam than the practice quizzes, and there is no index in the back of the book to look up where a term is described in detail or where to locate it within the 400 pages. Everything else was great. Self paced was great, the support was great, and my instructor Jenny was great.
Date published: 2020-07-01
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was just what I needed to get started in my Real Estate career. I would highly recommend this course to others looking to get a license via online.
Date published: 2020-06-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Real estate express met my expectations for an online real estate school. Would recommend to anyone that needs to study on their own time.
Date published: 2020-06-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by from The course is a much cheaper option than in person, and if you need to save money I recommend this option. It does take more than the 90 hours to complete, or at least it took a lot longer for me!
Date published: 2020-05-20
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is well done, and the virtual proctor is a great option
Date published: 2020-05-07
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good course, passed exam first try after taking course without studying.
Date published: 2020-04-27
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This course provides the basic information needed to understand the principles of real estate. The website is easy to navigate intuitively. The menu is direct. All reading materials are available immediately after you register for the class. The course is not engaging. It is all self paced reading modules. There is no instructor led or monitored discussion board. There are no prerecorded lectures. The instructor I was assigned never responded to emails.
Date published: 2020-03-12
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Course was thorough and reasonable to read and understand. Some typographical and grammatical errors made some portions difficult to follow easily.
Date published: 2020-02-05
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I enjoyed the course, but I recommend finding a quiet place, to read, study, and answer the questions to the quiz at the end of each chapter. I found myself retaining information much better when i had no distractions around, and overall did much better when alone.
Date published: 2020-01-30
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great course if you need flexibility in your schooling experience!
Date published: 2020-01-24
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Definitely informative and a lot of information. I am hesitant to give glowing reviews until I take the final examination. However I do anticipate this class contributing to my ability to pass my licensing exam.

1.  When are the classes and how are they conducted internet, in person, or hybrid 2. Success rate for students in passing state and national exams?

Asked by: Sea cowboy
Our current courses are 100% self-paced and online. All course content is presented in a series of online screens with quizzes to determine mastery before moving to the next series. South Carolina doesn’t share the pass rates on the state exam with us. In the states that do share that data on exam rates we are usually one of the top schools.

I had my Ga. Realtor and Broker's licenses in Ga. I moved to SC in 2011 and let all expire preparing for retirement. I want to sell RE again in SC. Do I have to start all over again in SC or can I convert past Ga licenses?

Asked by: angel5
Per the South Carolina Real Estate Commission website, you will have to start over. You should contact them to be sure. https://llr.sc.gov/re/licensure.aspx
