What does the Alabama post-license course cover?

The Alabama real estate post-licensing course provides you with everything you need to continue learning about real estate rules, new regulations and updated laws. You have six months from your licensing date to complete the course. However, we recommend you take it as soon as you are licensed so you are well-versed in business planning and prospecting, working with buyers and negotiating offers.

The course is approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
After registering for this course, you must email customercare@realestateexpress.com or call Student Services at 866-739-7277 and provide your license number. We are required to verify each student's license status with the state prior to granting access to the course. Once your status has been verified, your course will be activated.
