I completed your pre and post license courses for Alabama and received my license, but would now like to get my license in Florida.   Which course would be appropriate if I have an active license in the State of Alabama?

Asked by: ketchupman
Florida has mutual recognition with Alabama so you are not required to complete the Florida Salesperson course. You do still have to pass the state portion of the licensing exam. http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/real-estate-commission/mutual-recognition-states/

I passed my 45 hour class for my Florida Sales Associate license and I received my certificate. My question is, do I have to send that in to the State, or DBPR, or does the Real Estate Express do it for me?

Asked by: thomas
Completions are reported to the DBPR one business day after the course is completed.
