- Florida, Montana, New York, and Washington: Two years
- Arkansas, Michigan, and Oklahoma: Three Years
- Illinois: Four years
- South Carolina: Five years
- Pennsylvania: Ten years
- California, Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Tennessee, Nevada, Virginia, and Texas: Never expire
