How do I find my redemption code?

Step 1: Find your voucher and select “View Voucher.”

Step 2: Copy the code listed under “Redemption Code.”

How do I complete my purchase? 

Step 1: Pull up your voucher.

Step 2: Visit https://checkout.colibrirealestate.com/MAGI/CommonForms/ShoppingCart/Redeem.aspx

Step 3: Enter your voucher Redemption Code.

Step 4: Confirm the correct package is listed, click “Redeem.”

Step 5. Enter the required contact information, click “Submit.”

Step 6. Click on “Go To My Homepage.”

What is the value of the Groupon voucher? 

This voucher has two separate values: (a) the amount paid; and (b) the promotional value. The amount paid will never expire and may be applied toward any goods or services offered by Colibri Real Estate if the original goods or services specified on the voucher are no longer available. The promotional value is the additional value beyond the amount paid, and it will expire on the expiration date above (unless prohibited by law).

When does the voucher expire? 

The voucher is valid only for the state and course package purchased and is not valid for substitution or exchanges. Coursework and access to software expires 6 months from date of voucher redemption. Online redemption only. Limit 1 per person, may buy 3 additional as gift(s). Limit 1 per visit.

Where do I enter my redemption code?

Look for the discount code on the “Payment Information” screen. Be sure to click the “Apply” button once your code is entered. You will immediately see the discount amount reflected in your shopping cart. Make sure the price discount is applied before entering your credit card information, as we are unable to refund once the transaction has been completed.

How does the online course Satisfaction Guarantee/Refund Policy work?

All purchases made through Groupon must follow Groupon’s refund policy and are excluded from receiving a refund from Colibri Real Estate. If you buy the book separately from a package qualified for a refund, the cost of book and shipping is non refundable.

Exceptions to the satisfaction guarantee: 

  • CO Refund Policy is based on % of the course completed: 
  • Within first 10% of program (Lesson 1) – 90% less cancellation fee of $50
  • After 10% but within first 25% of program (Lesson 2) – 75% less cancellation fee of $50
  • After 25% but within first 50% of program (Lesson 3 – 4)- 50% less cancellation fee of $50
  • After 50% but within first 75% of program (Lesson 5 – 6)- 25% less cancellation fee of $50
  • After 75% (If paid in full, cancellation charge is not applicable) – NO REFUND
