If your state requires that your course final be proctored, we provide you with information in your course and course materials. Usually you will take your course final at an educational facility of your choice. Some educational facilities do charge a fee for proctoring. That fee is not included in your course fee and is an expense you will be responsible for. This proctored course final is part of the course and should not be confused with the state license exam, taken at the state’s chosen proctor company.
Currently the states that require a proctor for the course final are: Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia. State regulations do change from time to time, so if you have a question about a specific state’s requirements please call 866-739-7277 and we can help you out.
