What are my continuing education requirements?

For the FIRST renewal on May 31st of even numbered years, all new salespersons must complete the 7 hour general module and an additional 7 hours of either the Commercial Module or the Residential Module.

Subsequent renewals (i.e. those not renewing for their first time) may choose any electives totaling at least 14 hours for both Salespersons and Brokers.
