*All states require that three (3) basic courses be completed to begin the appraisal licensing process, Principles (30 hours), Procedures (30 hours) and USPAP (15 hours). These courses must be approved by the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDEC) for distance delivery and approved by The Appraisal Foundation (AQB) for content and delivery. The instructor must also be approved by the AQB and approved to instruct for the USPAP course. RealEstateExpress.com is one of only a limited number of schools with approval in all categories, so you can be sure that when you finish your training, your effort and certificate will be recognized.
