Take all 12-hrs of Missouri Real Estate Continuing Education Online here at RealEstateexpress.com. Click here and Get Started Now All Missouri broker-type and entity licenses will expire on June 30, (even years) and your renewal will be mailed in late April. All Missouri salesperson-type licenses will expire September 30, (even years)and your renewal will be mailed in late July. By using the Licensee Search feature on our web site - www.pr.mo.gov - you can verify the address where your renewal will be mailed. All licensees are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education - 9 hours of elective credit and a minimum of 3 core course hours. You will be required to attach your completion certificates to your renewal application. If you have misplaced your certificates or are not sure what hours you have completed, contact your education provider to obtain duplicate certificates as the Commission does not track your continuing education. |
