Illinois Broker Pre-License Topics - 75 hoursTake Your Illinois Broker Pre-License Topics Course Online for $300This is one of the two required core courses for all new potential licensees in the state of Illinois to take before sitting for the licensing exam. Licensees must complete a total of 90-hour of Pre-License education consisting of the 75-hour Broker Pre-License Topics course AND the 15-hour Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles course. Completion of this course fulfills the 75-hour requirement. The additional 15-hour course must be taken either by webinar or in a classroom setting. This fast-paced pre-license course includes the required subjects such as: license law, real property, structure of agency, seller relationships and counseling, buyer relationships and counseling, Illinois law, federal laws, marketing and advertising, real estate transactions, market analysis and appraisal, financing, contract knowledge and career path electives.

In order to successfully complete the pre-license course, students must take and score a minimum of 75% on a proctored final examination administered in an educational facility by an employee of the educational facility.
