Can I take real estate courses on the Internet to complete my continuing education requirements in my state?

Yes, all courses on our site (www.realestateexpress.com) are approved for correspondence continuing education via the Internet in the following states:

Missouri

How do I get my continuing education completion certificate?

There are two ways.
1. Immediately upon completion of your course, an e-mail is sent to you containing a link to your certificate. Completion of the course requires passing the exam at the end of the course. After passing the course exam, click on the link and a printable version of the certificate will be displayed.
2. Your certificates are always available from your personal homepage. Once you login, click on the "View and Print Completion Certificates" icon. A list of your completed courses will be displayed. Click on the course name that you wish to view the certificate for and print.

What if I don't pass the final exam at the end of a Continuing Education course?

You have two chances to pass the course final. Generally there are 10 questions for each credit hour, as required by each state. If you do not pass the first final exam, and different second exam is available. If you fail both final exams, there is a $15.00 to retake that part of the CE course.

Will you be sending me any additional materials?

Everything you need to complete the courses, including the final examinations are included on our site. We will send you a certificate of completion electronically at the completion of each course.

Once I start will I be required to stay online for a certain amount of time?

You can set your own pace to complete a course. You can start and stop whenever you wish. You can even "bookmark" your spot and the next time you login you can go back to the exact screen where you left off in your last session.

What are my payment options?

You can pay for any RealEstateExpress.com course using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card. Or you can pay online by check. In any case the process is simple and secured through Verisign.

How long will it take me to finish a Continuing Education course?

This varies from course to course. If a course is a three hour course, it will take you three hours complete it. If it is a six hour course, it will take you six hours, etc. One of the benefits of online courses is that you can move at your own pace. You don't have to complete the course in one sitting. You can bookmark, come back later and continue.

I just finished a unit and the exam for the unit but when I go back to my homepage it says "Incomplete" for the unit. How do I move to the next unit?

Click on the "Refresh" button on your Internet Browser. The "Refresh" button is located on the toolbar to the right of the "Back" and "Next" buttons. When you click on this button the page will re-load and the unit will show as complete.

Will I be tested during the Continuing Education course?

There are short quizzes at the end of each course unit. When you have completed all course units there is a 30 question final exam. A minimum passing score is required on the final exam. If you do not pass the final exam there is a second final exam available.

How long do I have to complete the Continuing Education course?

You have as long as you need based upon your State licensing requirements. We will post the deadlines for your State for Broker and Salesperson renewals. Some states have rules as to how many courses or hours of classes that you can complete in one day. Those rules will also be posted.

Once I complete the Continuing Education course, what do you send me to verify I have finished?

Once you complete the course you will be sent an email with a certificate of completion. Some states require that the certificates be mailed to the license authority, while others will request them upon an audit.
