You may cancel your registration for any reason up to 24 hours (1 day) from your date of purchase if you have not completed any portion of the program. If you have used any part of the program, your are not eligible for cancellation. There is a $15 administration fee which will be withheld from the refund amount. Your cancellation request must be received by midnight of the second business day from your registration date. To request a cancellation, you must us call us during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST Friday) by phone, or e-mail after hours.
