All Missouri Broker licensees must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education every two years and renew their license by June 30th of even numbered years. All Salesperson licensees must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education every two years and renew their license by September 30th of even numbered years.

The 12 hours of Continuing Education must consist of at least 3 hours of Core and 9 hours of elective courses. Any hours of core education taken above the required 3 hours will count towards your elective credit.

IMPORTANT: New and Existing licensees, including Inactive licensees, must be fingerprinted and authorize to have their results provided to the MREC prior to submitting their renewal application in 2012. For information on the Fingerprinting requirement prior to your renewal, click here. DON'T DELAY as in some cases results may take up to 6 weeks. The MREC recommends that you be fingerprinted by March 1, 2012 to avoid renewal delays.
