Georgia Proctor Policy
The State of Georgia requires that the Course Final Exam for this course be Proctored. In order to
successfully complete the prelicense course, students must take and score a minimum of 75% on a proctored
final examination administered in an educational facility by an approved instructor or by a qualified person
who is not in the real estate business. Complete information on finding a proctor is included in your course
materials. We must verify each proctor that is reported. If you do not have a proctor when
you test, you will have to take the test again with a proctor present. Generally, public libraries do not
charge to proctor exams, while most universities, colleges and learning centers will charge anywhere from
$5 - $100. You are responsible for any proctoring fees associated with having your final exam
proctored.
