Once you have completed the real estate training and passed the the Texas real estate course final exam, you must submit your proof of education to the Commission to be verified. When the educational conditions have been satisfied and verified you will be permitted to apply for an inactive salesperson license. Once your application to take the exam is accepted by the Texas Real Estate Commission and all necessary fees have been paid, you will be notified of your exam registration information via the Candidate Information Brochure (CIB).
