Illinois Proctor Policy
The State of Illinois requires that each of the five course finals be Proctored.

In order to successfully complete the prelicense course, students must take and score a minimum of 75% on a proctored final examination administered in an educational facility by an approved instructor or by a qualified person who is not in the real estate business. Complete information on finding a proctor is included in your course materials. We must verify each proctor that is reported. If you do not have a proctor when you test, you will have to take the test again with a proctor present. Generally, public libraries do not charge to proctor exams, while most universities, colleges and learning centers will charge anywhere from $5 - $100. You are responsible for any proctoring fees associated with having your final exam proctored.
